The University of Utopia

yes, my utopia has a central event around which all the rest of the story has blossomed

The Universities hired kids to read and dumb down every line item in every piece of Legislation and there were detailed instructions about what The Law was proposing to enforce in our Lives and do with our Taxed Outgo which seems to be unable to pool
((so quickly are politicians ready to put it in the little grubbys of hands that by&large have so much already they don't know what to do with it)
which is sad and weird)
and why utopia solves the problem with outspending the revenues by these citizen review groups doing the journalism
 for the citizens
because the media isn't doing its job
(not enough money in it)
perhaps they cannot (do their jobs i mean))
 and how do we get a government to legislate for our own transparency?

that would be the history of utopia
and they told us who to vote for
there was no possibility for corruption
because all the accounting was done on Quicken sheets
which were open access

and the kids did enjoy getting credit hours
learning to manage big data
and to audit
after the referendum told them what was needed
in utopia
citizens know the candidates who actually want the same things that we would actually spend the money on for ourselves and so do for our us
